Easy and economical sealing of vertical and horizontal joints, both indoors and outdoors.

Meeting many application requirements, such as resistance to oils and bitumen, large movements at extreme temperatures, fire resistance, and being physiologically safe, the COR 500 profiles are manufactured from raw materials selected in accordance with DIN 7865, ASTM D638, and ASTM D746.

The sealing profiles are manufactured in accordance with DIN 18541: elongation at break > 350%, excellent resistance to chemicals and aging, elasticity equivalent to that of natural rubber. Available in black and gray. Other colors available according to the RAL color chart or via a specific sample.

PROFILES FOR SEALING JOINTS

Resilient recessed seal (can be glued) for quick and economical sealing of vertical and horizontal joints, indoors or outdoors. The profiles have a “hat”-shaped top, which ensures good coverage and hides any defects the joint edges may have. For expansion joints, joints between precast elements, joints between masonry, etc…

Used indoors and outdoors on floors, walls, and ceilings. They are fully compatible with our Vedafeu C and N fire-stop cords and Vedafeu M blankets.

The profiles are manufactured from nitrile rubber in accordance with DIN 18541, characterized by an elongation at break of over 350%, excellent resistance to chemicals and aging, comparable to the elasticity of natural rubber. They are self-extinguishing and do not spread fire in the event of a fire. Depending on specific application conditions, they offer excellent resistance to oils and greases, as well as to wear under extreme temperatures and fire hazards; they are physiologically safe, and the profiles are manufactured from highly specialized materials. Available in rolls in black or gray, 25 mm wide. Also available in all RAL colors or according to a specific sample. Angle profiles are also available.
