Fire-resistant panel

The COR FR BOARD A fire-resistant board consists of a mineral wool board with a density of 150 kg/m³ and a thickness of 60 mm, coated on one side with COR FR COAT A ablative paint. The product system is designed to seal fire protection penetrations and prepare fire expansion joints with a fire resistance rating of up to 240 EI. Under fire conditions, high temperatures trigger endothermic reactions within the product. The coating absorbs heat, significantly delaying the impact of fire on structural components.

APPLICATION:

COR FR BOARD A is used for:
• Fire protection of service ducts containing single non-flammable pipes or assemblies, or groups of non-flammable pipes in floors or walls.
• Protection of expansion joints in floors, ceilings, or walls.
• Fire protection for electrical cables in combination with intumescent paint.
• COR FR COAT I on the wall.

RIGID WALLS:

The wall must be at least 150 mm thick and made of concrete or masonry, with a minimum density of 600 kg/m³.

RIGID FLOORS:

The floor must be at least 150 mm thick and made of concrete or masonry, with a minimum density of 1700 kg/m³.
