Expansion joints for facades
Expansion joints in walls and facades are designed to finish and seal exterior walls. We offer a wide variety of wall and facade expansion joints that can be mechanically fixed or, for some, with plaster during construction or renovation. The expansion joints offered in this category are compatible with our fire protection joints or our sealing complements (Vedaflexsil sealant, EPDM membrane).
Fully aluminum expansion joint. For walls and ceilings, consisting of pre-drilled aluminum angles and a central section that absorbs large multidirectional movements. A waterproofing membrane is available as an option. Especially suitable for high-quality finishes and large joints with significant seismic or non-seismic movements.
Use: For vertical facade joints, opening up to 200 mm (larger sizes available upon request).
Finishes and special parts: Flat model (COR JDV 4.02) and angle model (COR JDV 4.02 A). Anodized aluminum parts. Compatible with seismic floor seals.

Vertical expansion joint for facades, walls, and ceilings, composed of two pre-drilled galvanized steel profiles and an interchangeable flexible insert to absorb small multidirectional movements. Especially adapted for plasterboard installation.
Use: For vertical joints in walls and ceilings with openings up to 50 mm. Convenient and easy to install.
Finishes and special parts: Flat and angled models. Black, gray, or off-white insert.

Expansion joint for facades, walls, and ceilings composed of aluminum angles and a insert. The side angles are covered with cellular foam that compensates for surface irregularities. The interchangeable central insert absorbs large multidirectional movements. This joint is particularly suitable for large openings with significant seismic activity.
Use: For vertical joints in facades, walls, and ceilings up to 350 mm in width. Convenient and easy to install.
Finishes and special parts: Model with invisible wings glued inside the joint (DE). Black or gray insert. Other RAL colors are available upon request.

The COR JDV 4.08 series was specially designed for treating expansion joints in buildings with external insulation. It consists of: – a fiber mesh for perfect adhesion to the cladding and easy positioning, – a nitrile membrane to ensure the system’s seal, – a UV-resistant PVC closure profile cover.
Use: For vertical facade joints up to 30 mm opening. They are perfectly compatible with our range of fire-resistant sealants.
Finishes and special parts: Standard and flat angle. White angles and inserts. Other RAL colors are possible upon request.
